FINE ART DANCE PHOTOS

Dance photography is deeply rooted in me: I practiced classical and contemporary dance for almost 20 years, until several injuries forced me to stop.
Dance allowed me to express my emotions and creativity through movement, and today I love dancing through my eyes, capturing these emotions expressed on stage by great artists.

This series is part of a larger project of limited edition fine art photographs taken at flamenco shows in France and Spain, which began in 2020 at the height of the pandemic and is still ongoing.
The objective is to represent the universal language of emotions through a pas de deux between light and emotion .
An artistic approach which, through dance and photography, aims to recognize one's own emotions, to accept one's vulnerability, to give it space and to live it without barriers.
Vulnerability as a strength rather than a weakness, a necessary tool to stay connected to yourself and live a fulfilled life.
Flamenco, included on the World Heritage List, was born in a folkloric environment and is expressed through improvisation, the spontaneous expression of emotions with intensity, without fear of showing vulnerability.

In a world that encourages us to wear masks to conform, the goal is to reconnect with ourselves, confront our emotions, embrace our vulnerability and turn it into our strength.

All my art prints are offered in limited series, signed, numbered and dated.
